    Use the GreenSky application path provided for the project. Do not send financial information through the plumbing request form.

    Review and decide

    If approved, review the lender’s rates, payments, fees, promotional terms, and disclosures before accepting.

Is financing approval guaranteed?

No. Financing is subject to application, credit approval, lender requirements, program availability, and the terms offered to the applicant.

Does Waialae Plumbing make the lending decision?

No. GreenSky manages the consumer loan program, and participating financial institutions make credit decisions and determine loan terms.

What rates and payment terms are available?

Available plans, interest rates, fees, promotional periods, payments, and other terms can vary. Review the lender disclosures and loan agreement before accepting an offer.

What projects may be eligible for financing?

Financing may be useful for qualifying home-improvement work such as larger plumbing repairs, water-heater projects, repiping, and kitchen or bathroom renovations. Waialae Plumbing will confirm the project scope and available process.

How do I start?

Request an estimate and select the financing-interest option. Waialae Plumbing can then explain the appropriate GreenSky application process for the proposed project.
