Waialae Plumbing & Construction has served Oʻahu homes, businesses, associations, and projects since 1994. The company brings plumbing and general-construction capability together under Hawaiʻi contractor license BC-20690.
That combination is valuable because plumbing problems do not always stop at the pipe. Access, walls, floors, fixtures, cabinetry, drainage, and construction sequencing may all affect the right solution.
Plumbing service for everyday problems and larger projects
The team handles drain cleaning, hydro jetting, leak detection, water-heater service, fixture repairs, valves, piping, sewer and water lines, storm drains, and commercial plumbing. It also supports kitchen and bathroom renovations and other qualifying construction work.
Local experience matters
Oʻahu properties range from single-family homes and older walk-ups to high-rises, commercial facilities, and managed communities. Access, salt air, aging materials, roots, rainfall, and property rules can all influence how plumbing work should be planned.
Local experience does not replace diagnosis, but it helps the team ask better questions and prepare for common island conditions.
A clear process for customers
Customers can call or submit a secure online service request with the property location, symptoms, urgency, preferred timing, and access notes. The office reviews requests during regular service hours and confirms availability.
After evaluating the conditions, the technician can explain the recommended scope and applicable options. Published warranty terms include one year on products Waialae provides and installs and 30 days on repairs; customers should confirm what applies to their specific work.
Residential, commercial, and community work
Waialae serves homeowners as well as businesses, AOAOs, property managers, and construction clients. The company’s community involvement and long-standing local presence reinforce a practical promise: provide accountable work from a team customers can reach.
